Clinically. Our itinerary ascends no more than 500m/day after Lhasa. Every guest receives pre-departure medical consultation, prophylactic medication, and medical-grade oxygen throughout.

What fitness level is required?

Moderate. No hiking above 5,200m, no exposed camping. Our youngest guest was 28, eldest 74. If you can walk comfortably for 30 minutes, you are prepared.
